As Founder and CEO of Wowzitude, she leads a five-year-old, profitable TravelTech platform delivering live, interactive virtual walking tours to 2 million subscribers through 900+ partner organizations — including libraries, active adult communities, lifelong learning programs, community centers, university alumni associations, museum member groups and faith-based organizations.
Her revolutionary approach connects 10,000–12,000 culturally curious travelers per tour with professional local guides across 180+ destinations worldwide, leveraging AI tools to scale operations while maintaining exceptional service quality.
A sought-after speaker on the intersection of travel and technology, Susan has most recently presented on AI and operational efficiency at the Educational Travel Consortium (ETC) Annual Conference – the leading conference for experiential and educational travel professionals, and the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Summit, where she presented on using AI to boost marketing effectiveness.
Susan brings firsthand expertise on how destinations can harness artificial intelligence — responsibly and ethically — to enhance visitor engagement, streamline marketing operations, and build more authentic connections with travelers.
