Noel Mignott is a seasoned marketing executive and President of The Portfolio Marketing Group (PM Group), an internationally recognized boutique agency specializing in breakthrough communications for clients across the travel, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors. With over two decades of experience, Noel is known for bringing strategic insight, creativity, and cultural fluency to every campaign—particularly those elevating destinations, airlines, hotels, and culinary brands.
Before launching PM Group in 2003, Noel served for 20 years with the Jamaica Tourist Board, ultimately as Deputy Director of Tourism. During his tenure, he led the development of some of the destination’s most iconic and enduring campaigns, including the award-winning One Love platform, the Jamaica Travel Specialist loyalty program, The Honeymoon Trail, and The Inn-siders Jamaica, focused on small hotels. His work helped shape global perceptions of Jamaica and inspired a new era of destination marketing for the Caribbean region.
In addition to his marketing career, Noel co-founded Bambou, a celebrated Caribbean restaurant in Manhattan that garnered acclaim from the New York Times, Food & Wine, and New York Magazine. He recently joined the CTO Scholarship Foundation as head of its Public Relations and Communications Board, where he brings his signature passion and storytelling expertise to elevate the Foundation’s visibility and mission.
