With a career spanning over five decades, Michele M. Paige is a respected leader and pioneer in the global cruise industry. Currently Chief Executive Officer of the Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA), Michele has played an instrumental role in strengthening relationships between the cruise sector and Caribbean and Latin American destinations through proactive programs, strategic partnerships, and destination development.

After 17 years at the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), Michele joined FCCA in 1992, quickly ascending from Director of Operations and Communications to President and eventually CEO. Her visionary leadership has launched hallmark initiatives including the FCCA Cruise Conference & Trade Show, the FCCA Foundation, regional training programs, and impactful outreach efforts aimed at elevating service standards and driving sustainable growth in cruise tourism.

Michele also serves on the Executive Committee of the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) and holds key roles with several regional associations. Through her work, she continues to shape the future of the cruise industry with dedication, diplomacy, and a deep commitment to regional progress.
