Marlon J. Bolasingh is a food and beverage industry veteran with over two decades of experience building brands, accelerating growth, and leading organizations through transformative change. As President of Cholula Food Company, he delivered record annual growth throughout his tenure and led the company through a successful strategic sale. Prior to Cholula, he served as Global Finance Director for Jose Cuervo International, overseeing financial strategy across more than 50 countries and participating in the company's IPO on the Mexican exchange.

Marlon is currently Co-Founder and CEO of The La Viuda Food Company, a premium condiments and beverage brand founded in partnership with Karen Beckmann, a 12th-generation descendant of the Jose Cuervo family. His earlier career includes key roles at Viacom, Canon, Moët Hennessy, and Reed Elsevier.

An advocate for mentorship and developing the next generation of leaders, Marlon holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from John Jay College and an MBA in Finance from Baruch's Zicklin School of Business.
