Marlon Bolasingh is a food and beverage industry veteran with over two decades of experience scaling brands, optimizing operations, and driving growth through strategic thinking. As President of Cholula Food Company, he delivered consistent record-breaking annual growth and led the organization through a landmark strategic sale. Prior to Cholula, he served as Global Finance Director at Jose Cuervo International, developing financial strategy across 50+ international markets and playing a pivotal role in the company's IPO.

Marlon is Co-Founder of The La Viuda Food Company, a premium condiments and beverage brand built alongside Karen Beckmann, a 12th-generation member of the Jose Cuervo family. His earlier career includes leadership roles at Viacom, Canon, Moët Hennessy, and Reed Elsevier.

Deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders, Marlon holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from John Jay College and an MBA in Finance from Baruch's Zicklin School of Business.
