B.Sc. Management Studies (Tourism & Hospitality Concentration)

Firstly, let me extend my gratitude and thanks to the Caribbean Tourism Organisation for awarding me the grant in 2012/2013 to assist with my studies while at University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.

I graduated on October 19th, 2013 with Upper Second Class Honours, with a B.Sc. Management Studies (Tourism & Hospitality Concentration) and presently working as a Chef Instructor at the Antigua & Barbuda Hospitality Training Institute. The grant awarded to me by the CTO played a key role in ensuring my successful completion of the program, by allowing me to focus more on my studies without worrying about finances. The ease in which I was able to access the information regarding the grant, the speedy responses to questions and the overall helpfulness of the CTO staff were all factors that have allowed me to get where I am today. Once again, thanks to you and everyone else at the CTO that made this grant a reality for me.
