Grant
Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management
Monroe College, New York, USA
The financial support offered to me by CTO was a platform for me to complete my B.BA in Hospitality Management. I graduated in 2013 with Summa Cum Lande Honors, (3.95 GPA) and made my family, friends and country proud of my accomplishments.
To me, being a CTO grant recipient means representing your country through an organization that provides the support needed to excel in hospitality and tourism. As a recipient, you have to ensure that you focus on your educational goal and believe that you will succeed in the end.
Additionally, as a recipient there are high expectations of you, such as being an ambassador for the future of hospitality and tourism or any industry you have chosen in the end. Currently, I am working as an Administrative Assistant at the Monroe College, New York. My responsibilities entail performing administrative duties, assisting the Vice-President of Academic Affairs, and being a support role for the Academic Affairs office and School of Education.
Since completing my Bachelor’s I have also pursued a MBA in Business Management at the Monroe College.
