A passionate advocate for community-based, cultural, and heritage tourism, she champions women and youth entrepreneurship across the industry. Her expertise spans strategic planning, international partnerships, and business development, making her a dynamic force in shaping the future of tourism worldwide.

Carol’s reputation as a gifted facilitator, trainer, and speaker has taken her across Europe, the Caribbean, North America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. She also serves on advisory boards for the International Centre for Responsible Tourism and the Afro Asian Union for Tourism & Crafts Development, reflecting her commitment to responsible, inclusive travel.

With a distinguished career that includes leadership roles at the Jamaica Tourist Board, Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Authority, the Caribbean Tourism Organization, and Saudi Tourism Authority, Carol brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to cultivating talent.
