I am sincerely honored to have been selected as a recipient of the Audrey Palmer Hawks Memorial Scholarship for 2020. Thank you for your generosity, which has allowed me to begin my studies at Monroe College Online. I am very thankful for receiving your thoughtful gift. Because of your scholarship, my knowledge and skills will be enhanced, which will enable me not only to find employment but to make a contribution to the further development of the Hospitality industry in Dominica, my homeland, and by extension the Caribbean.

The balance of my tuition fees will be paid by my parents. I also intend to seek employment and funding from other credible sources or organizations, in order to complete my studies.
